📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on commercial vehicles, including tire rotations, alignment checks, and fluid top-ups.
Diagnose and repair tire-related issues, using specialized tools like tire pressure monitors and alignment systems.
Monitor tire wear and recommend replacements or retreads to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Document all maintenance activities and vehicle conditions using our in-house software, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.
Collaborate with the fleet management team to coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in commercial vehicle maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle maintenance, with a focus on tires.
Certification in commercial vehicle maintenance or a related field (e.g., Automotive Service Excellence, A+).
Proficiency in using specialized tools and software, such as tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and maintenance tracking software.
Strong knowledge of tire types, sizes, and specifications for various commercial vehicles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with logistics and fleet management practices.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
