📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to foster a culture of excellence.
• Build and lead high-performing teams by providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct regular HR audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and innovation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve our HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and leadership.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
