📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement climate resilience strategies and policies.
• Lead policy development and advocacy efforts to promote sustainable practices.
• Coordinate with local governments, NGOs, and international partners to execute climate resilience projects.
• Conduct community engagement activities to raise awareness and promote sustainable practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of climate resilience initiatives.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to local communities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address climate-related challenges.
• Represent the agency in national and international climate forums.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in climate resilience, policy development, or community engagement.
• Strong understanding of climate change impacts and mitigation strategies.
• Proven track record of leading and managing projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in climate change or related fields is a plus.
