📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menu operations.,Oversee the preparation of food items, ensuring they meet quality standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food supplies.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences is beneficial.,Valid food handler's certificate is required.
