📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and work area.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and professionally.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
