📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable.
• Assist with table service, including setting up and clearing tables, and delivering food and beverages.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions and provide change as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocking supplies and cleaning.
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring all guests feel valued.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a waiter/waitress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
