📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track debt collection activities using Salesforce and Excel to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
• Engage with debtors through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.
• Monitor payment statuses and update client records to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and recovery rates to clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all collection activities.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in debt collection techniques.
• Assist in resolving complex collection cases that require special attention and negotiation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with debtors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of financial regulations and legal requirements related to debt collection.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in debt collection or financial services is a plus.
