📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in menu planning and cost control.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food handling certificate.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
