📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to established standards and procedures.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and other relevant areas.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and other department heads to address any issues or concerns that may arise in the restaurant.,Participate in staff meetings and other team-building activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.,Previous experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
