📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Preparing and analyzing financial reports to support decision-making.,Assisting in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Managing the company's cash flow and ensuring timely payment of invoices and expenses.,Assisting in the preparation and implementation of the company's budget.,Providing financial advice and recommendations to the management team.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assisting in the recruitment and training of new finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
