📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle fleet.
• Schedule and dispatch vehicles as needed.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage driver schedules and performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and repair vendors.
• Monitor fuel usage and expenses.
• Generate and maintain fleet reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
