In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met and maintained.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a management position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with hybrid work environments and remote collaboration tools.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
