Duta Hana Digital is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior accountants.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
