Royal Diamond Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks related to employee relations, recruitment, and administrative duties. If you are passionate about HR and eager to learn, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.,Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date.,Support the HR department in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other HR-related documents.,Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
