Shine Bay Mandiri is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to improve employee skills and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in training and development to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide administrative support to the training and development department as needed.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development (optional).,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
