📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor branch staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Implement and monitor branch-specific initiatives to improve performance and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
