📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.,Manage and nurture key relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and engagement.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of retail industry and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM and other business development tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
