📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.,Assist in the management of medication inventories, including ordering, receiving, and tracking supplies.,Collaborate with the pharmacist and healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.,Educate patients and caregivers on proper medication use and potential side effects.,Monitor and report any medication errors or adverse events to the pharmacist and other relevant parties.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical practices and technologies.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the pharmacist or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology is a plus.,Valid pharmacy license or certification is required.
