As a Lead Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and integrating new hires. Your strong leadership skills and ability to build and mentor a team will be essential in driving our recruitment efforts to success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen potential candidates, conducting initial interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Conduct final interviews and make hiring decisions.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Build and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
