📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Lead and mentor junior talent acquisition professionals.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in recruiting top talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
