🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
