CV Widya Maha is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store in Cikarang. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales data.,Collaborate with the head office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Ensure compliance with all retail and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
