📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including staffing, inventory, and expenses.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
