📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to management on accounting matters.
  • Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide training and mentorship.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
