📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and training.,Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
