📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of sites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement site-specific quality management systems.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that all activities are carried out on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the site is a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in overseeing construction and maintenance projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
