PT Terang Inti is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, and be able to lead a team to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities.,Develop and implement inventory management systems and procedures to ensure that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and order accuracy, to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the warehouse, and that the workplace is a safe and secure environment for all staff.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that our warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
