Accor is seeking a dynamic and passionate Wellness & Lifestyles Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wellness, hospitality, and a deep understanding of the local market in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement wellness programs and activities that align with the resort's vision and guest expectations.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of wellness initiatives into the guest experience.,Oversee the operation of wellness facilities, including yoga studios, meditation spaces, and spa services.,Organize and facilitate wellness workshops, retreats, and events that promote a healthy lifestyle.,Build and maintain relationships with local wellness providers and partners to enhance the offerings.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make data-driven improvements.,Promote a culture of wellness within the resort, encouraging employees and guests to adopt healthy habits.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in wellness and hospitality to drive innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness, hospitality, or a related industry.,Proven track record in developing and managing wellness programs.,Strong knowledge of wellness trends, practices, and technologies.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in managing a team or working with local partners is a plus.
