📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and prepare innovative Asian fusion dishes that blend traditional recipes with modern culinary techniques.
• Ensure high-quality ingredients and fresh produce are used in all dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve the menu.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan and execute special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in an Asian fusion or similar cuisine setting.
• Proficient in using kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and stoves.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
