📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties.,Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Ensure the coffee shop is clean and organized at all times.,Interact with customers to provide excellent service and build customer loyalty.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet high customer demand.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans and supplies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent customer service skills.,Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Friendly and professional demeanor.
