📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all business units.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
• Lead and mentor the operational team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborate with the executive team to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a COO or similar leadership role, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a deep understanding of operational best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
