📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, including site logs, inspection reports, and safety records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety briefings and training.
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Support the project manager in resolving technical issues and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera P6.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
